Accuracy and speed are our priority, and we do not want you to wait any longer than you need to to receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 24 hours of receiving them. Usually orders received before 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day, but we cannot guarantee this unless you Xpress your order. This does not include weekends, holidays. You can save money with your shipping, if you order over £30, and also you can save by opting to receive your order in one shipment rather than as it becomes available. Of course you are always welcome to collect your order from our shop in Dundee, Monday- Saturday. When you place an order, you will also have the opportunity to give us a preferred delivery date, and leave us a note if necessary.

Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. You can never be over cautious with Internet Security, and for this reason we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts the data stream from your browser the server our site is hosted on. Only the registration, login and checkout pages have this built in. As well as this we have also endorsed our server security with an Internet agency specialising in site authentication. As our payment facility's are what's know as "off site" the security is maintained by these companies. Our checkout payment security is hosted and managed by UPG Secure Hosting, Klarna & PayPal. Due to the current regulations we have to meet a long list of requirements...Tedious, but very necessary to ensure security for the you and industry. We are also API approved, and any payment details are submitted on our chosen gateways, UPG, Klarna and PayPal. When you come to pay for your order you will be redirected to their websites which are even more secure than ours, giving you peace of mind. You will know when you are in our secure site area by the appearance of a secure icon - a 'padlock' - on your browser. Secure web pages can also be identified by their URL: they begin with 'https://', while standard pages begin with 'http://'. If you are still not confident purchasing on-line, just choose 'Pay by phone' on the checkout page and then we can phone you for payment.
Returns & Replacements
We operate a fair "no quibble" returns policy, and if you contact us within 7 days, we will even cover the shipping. Outside of that time you will need to pay for any shipping costs to return the item(s) to us if necessary. Once we have the item returned we will promptly issue any refund that has been agreed. Of course if your order is damaged for some reason, we will either make a token goodwill refund, a full refund or replace the item(s).
You can order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not stock everything we sell, but can always order it in. On the product page it will state the length of time that usually you will need to wait. Please remember, if our suppliers do not have stock the wait will be longer, and if you need it soon, it is always best to check with us. You can always collect your order if you live locally to Dundee, Tuesday to Saturday. When you place an order, you will also have the opportunity to give us a preferred delivery date, and leave us a note if necessary.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is always requested before we dispatch whether it is by Card, PayPal, Amazon, or by Cheque, unless you have already arranged this with us or are using Klarna. Prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Usually they change once a year, after the New Year, but they can change due to market condition outside of this. Updating Account Information
From time to time you may need to change your phone number or shipping address, this is all possible if you are registered with us. Just log in and go to "My Account" and update your new details. If you need to, the system will even remember multiple shipping addresses for you.
